This place is super convenient for me, almost too convenient, like someone mapped out my lunch break and planted it there. I stopped by easily, and even the parking was okay, which made me briefly wonder what they know that I don’t. No complaints though, I’d definitely go again next time I’m nearby.

I ordered from ikessandwich.com thinking it would be quick, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The updates weren’t very clear either, so I was basically just sitting around wondering when it would actually show up. The sandwich was good once it finally arrived, but the whole delay felt preventable if the timing or communication had been better. I might give it another shot when I’m not in a hurry, but for now it’s a 2-star experience for me.

Everything showed up just how I ordered it, and nothing was missing. Straightforward experience overall, but I appreciate when an order is handled correctly

I’ve ordered from Ikes Sandwich a few times now, and it’s been consistently good. The ingredients actually taste fresh, which I really appreciate, the lettuce has a nice crunch, the bread is soft, and the veggies don’t have that weird old-fridge flavor you sometimes get with delivery. The avocado was also surprisingly good, which isn’t always the case. It’s not overly fancy, but it’s a solid sandwich and I haven’t had any real complaints so far

Well... I had a small issue with my online order, but support got back to me quickly. They were friendly and fixed it without making the whole thing feel like a hassle. it made a frustrating situation way less annoying. Good service.

i mean, the food was okay, but the whole pickup process was frustrating. I ordered through the site and got a pickup time, but when I got to the shop, they said they never saw the order. I ended up waiting around, and then one of the sandwiches came out wrong. Not the worst experience ever, but probably not ordering online again

I liked that I could customize my sandwich, which is always a plus, but some of the options weren’t super clear when I was ordering. I had to pause a couple times like, wait, what does that actually mean? Not a huge deal, but it made the process a bit less smooth than I expected.

I ordered from Ikes Sandwich i was happy with the vegetarian choices. Most sandwich spots give you like one boring veggie option, but there was actually a lot to pick from here. My sandwich had good flavor and didn’t feel like it was just thrown together as an afterthought, which I appreciated. Ordering was easy too. That said, if there was any mix-up or delay, I’d at least expect a quick apology or acknowledgment. I’d probably order again when I don’t feel like cooking, but a little better customer care would go a long way.

I ordered from ikessandwich and left a note about my dairy allergy, and they actually paid attention!!! My sandwich came with the right swaps and everything, which I seriously appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I wish the allergen info was a little easier to find on the site... but overall, I felt safe ordering, and that means a lot!!

The meat tasted really fresh and had a nice flavor to it, and it definitely wasn’t dry like you sometimes get at other sandwich spots.
